This Agreement covers our public website, customer and license portals, product purchases, software licensing and update services, priority customer support, and our WordPress plugins, including WP Import Export and Woo Import Export.

By purchasing, downloading, activating, installing, or using any VJInfotech software products, creating an account on our website, or utilizing our conversational AI mapping and cloud integration services, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and Refund Policy.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately refrain from accessing our website and discontinue using all VJInfotech software and services.

The administrator of a WordPress website installing or using our plugin is generally responsible for that website’s users, content, hosting environment, access permissions, database backups, and privacy notices. When a plugin processes site data within that WordPress environment, the site administrator should assess their own privacy, data protection, and operational obligations.

To access certain features of our Service, including purchasing commercial licenses, downloading plugin packages, obtaining API tokens, or opening priority support tickets, you may be required to register a VJInfotech Customer Account.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases or create an account.
• Human Registration Only: Accounts registered by bots, scrapers, or automated tools are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and commercial license keys. You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized third parties and must promptly notify us of any suspected security breach.
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse our support staff, or participate in fraudulent chargebacks, license piracy, or unauthorized redistribution of our software.

VJInfotech firmly embraces the open-source philosophy of WordPress.

• GNU General Public License (GPL): In compliance with WordPress standards, the PHP code portions of VJInfotech plugins (including WP Import Export and Woo Import Export) are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later).
• Commercial License Rights: Your purchase of a commercial license key grants you exclusive, revocable, non-exclusive access to:
  • 1-Click automatic plugin updates and security releases delivered directly inside your WordPress dashboard;
  • Cloud infrastructure access for Conversational AI mapping and smart schema translation;
  • Direct priority technical support from our dedicated plugin engineers;
  • Access to premium addon repositories and pre-built data mapping blueprints.
• Domain Activations & Staging Environments:
  • Single Site License (1 Site): Valid for activation on 1 live production domain. Local development and staging domains (e.g., localhost, *.local, *.test, *.staging) are 100% exempt and do not count against your activation limit.
  • Plus License (5 Sites): Valid for activation on up to 5 concurrent live production domains plus unlimited local and staging development environments.
  • Agency License (25 Sites): Valid for activation on up to 25 concurrent live production domains plus unlimited local and staging development environments.
• License Transfers & Domain Deactivation Policy:

  Commercial license seats are designed to be flexible and may be transferred to a new domain by deactivating an existing authorized website directly from your WordPress dashboard or through your VJInfotech Customer Account portal. To safeguard licensing infrastructure, mitigate unauthorized license cycling/sharing, and ensure service integrity, domain deactivations and transfers are subject to the following strict quotas per rolling 30-day window:

  • 1 Site License: A 1-site license can be deactivated and transferred a maximum of three (3) times within any rolling thirty (30) day calendar period.
  • 5 Sites License: A 5-sites license can be deactivated and transferred a maximum of five (5) times within any rolling thirty (30) day calendar period.
  • 25 Sites License: A 25-sites license can be deactivated and transferred a maximum of twenty-five (25) times within any rolling thirty (30) day calendar period.
  • Staging & Localhost Exemption: Activating, deactivating, or migrating staging, development, or localhost domains (e.g., localhost, *.local, *.test, *.staging) does not count against your transfer limit and consumes zero (0) transfer credits.
  • Verified Domain Re-activations: Re-activating a previously verified production domain on the same license key consumes zero (0) transfer credits and is never blocked by transfer rate limits.
  • Rolling Reset Calculation: Transfer limits operate on a strictly rolling 30-day calculation from the timestamp of each deactivation/transfer event. If the quota is exhausted, subsequent transfers are disabled until the oldest transfer expires past the 30-day threshold. Customers requiring higher concurrent domain capacity must upgrade to a higher license tier rather than cycling active seats.
• License Validation & Permitted Telemetry: Our software communicates with VJInfotech servers solely for license activation, periodic validity checks, and available software update notifications (transmitting site URL, license key, and software version). In accordance with Section 3 of our Privacy Policy, installing or running our plugin does not send the contents of your WordPress database or import/export files to VJInfotech.
• Prohibited License Sharing: Reselling, renting, sublicensing, or publicly posting your VJInfotech commercial license keys on file-sharing hubs or unauthorized "GPL clubs" is strictly prohibited and results in immediate license termination without refund.

VJInfotech plugins incorporate advanced Artificial Intelligence ("AI Features")—specifically our Conversational AI Assistant and Smart Mapping engine—to automate column matching, formula generation, and data transformations.

• Input & Output Defined:
  • Input: Any text prompts, column headers, schema specifications, or sample data rows submitted to the AI assistant. You warrant that you have full legal right to process such data.
  • Output: Any mapping suggestions, transformation formulas, custom PHP code snippets, or taxonomy structures generated by the AI features.
• Probabilistic Nature of AI: AI outputs are generated probabilistically based on pattern recognition. While engineered specifically for WordPress data schemas, VJInfotech does not guarantee that AI suggestions will always be 100% accurate, complete, or suitable for your database schema.
• Human-in-the-Loop Requirement: You must inspect, preview, and verify all AI-suggested mappings and conversion formulas before executing data import routines. AI suggestions should never be executed blindly on production environments without human verification.
• Prohibited AI Practices: You must not use our AI services to process unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, nor attempt to circumvent API rate limits or quota boundaries.
• Third-Party AI Infrastructure & Data Safeguards: AI features leverage vetted infrastructure providers (e.g. OpenAI). Data processing is governed by strict enterprise privacy agreements and Article 28 GDPR data processing clauses. Customer data is never used to train generalized AI/ML models.

VJInfotech offers software licenses and addons through paid subscriptions and one-time purchases as detailed on our Pricing Page.

• Pricing & Currency: All prices are displayed in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, VAT, or local fees are itemized at checkout.
• Secure Payment Processing: Transactions are handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways (including Stripe and PayPal). VJInfotech does not store your credit card or sensitive payment details.
• Automatic Renewal: Annual licenses renew automatically on their anniversary date to ensure uninterrupted plugin updates, security hotfixes, AI services, and priority technical support.
• Cancellation Anytime: You can easily cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly through your Customer Account dashboard or by submitting a ticket. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to plugin updates and support until the end of your paid billing term.
• Price Modifications: We reserve the right to modify prices for future terms. Any price change will be communicated in advance, and existing subscriptions will never be billed an altered amount without prior consent.

• Official Helpdesk: Technical support is provided exclusively through our official ticketing system at vjinfotech.com/support/. We do not provide technical support via social media, chat, or phone.
• Support Scope: Our support covers installation, configuration, bug verification, and plugin core functionality. Support does not cover custom plugin coding, repairing corrupted databases, or fixing non-standard 3rd-party theme conflicts.
• Response Times & Support Hours: Our support team operates Monday through Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST). Inquiries are prioritized by license tier, with average initial response times under 6 hours during business hours (and guaranteed response within 24 business hours).
• Fair Conduct: We treat our customers with courtesy and professionalism, and we expect mutual respect. Any harassment, abusive conduct, or threats directed at our staff will result in immediate ticket termination.

• User Backup Responsibility: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for creating and maintaining complete, verified, and restorable backups of your WordPress database and website files prior to executing any import, export, delete, or synchronization operation.
• Staging & Dry-Run Testing: We strongly recommend running test imports on a staging or local site before running large batch jobs on live production e-commerce stores.
• Zero Liability for Data Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, VJInfotech shall not be held liable for any data loss, overwritten records, corrupted database tables, or business interruptions resulting from user-configured import mappings, malformed CSV/XML files, or server timeouts.
• Remote Server & URL Integrations (FTP, SFTP, URL): When you utilize optional plugin capabilities to connect remote servers or URL feeds to import or export files, the plugin acts strictly as a direct software client executing on your WordPress server. VJInfotech does not host, intermediate, or store your remote files or credentials on our servers.

All visual elements, brand assets, logos, website copy, documentation, graphics, marketing blueprints, and proprietary backend cloud services are the exclusive intellectual property of VJInfotech and its licensors.

While plugin PHP code is distributed under the GNU GPL, you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our documentation, website design, brand trademarks, or proprietary cloud service APIs without prior written permission from VJInfotech.

THE VJINFOTECH SOFTWARE, WEBSITE, AI SERVICES, AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, VJINFOTECH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SOFTWARE WILL MEET ALL YOUR SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE 100% ERROR-FREE IN ALL SERVER ENVIRONMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VJINFOTECH, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, WORK STOPPAGE, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME—ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SOFTWARE OR SERVICES.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, VJINFOTECH’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO VJINFOTECH DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VJInfotech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of the Software or AI services;
• Any breach by you of these Terms or applicable laws;
• Any content, dataset, or file imported or exported by you that infringes any third-party intellectual property or privacy right.

• Amicable Resolution: In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first make a reasonable effort to resolve the controversy informally by contacting support@vjinfotech.com.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The competent courts at VJInfotech’s registered seat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• European Consumers: If you qualify as an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer rights provided by the statutory laws of your country of habitual residence.

Should any provision of these Terms be found void, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by VJInfotech in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms from time to time. When updates are published, the "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our website, plugins, AI services, or support following the effective date of revisions constitutes your complete acceptance of the revised Terms.
