Tips for Fastest Ticket Resolution
Help our engineering team solve your issue on the very first reply by including these details:
Mention your WordPress version and PHP version (e.g. PHP 8.1+, MySQL 5.7+).
No need to send your whole 50,000-row catalog; a 3-row sample CSV or XML is enough to reproduce mappings.
Check WooCommerce > Status > Logs or server PHP error logs if an import unexpectedly stops.
Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting
Quick answers to common questions about licenses, response times, and import timeout troubleshooting.
Most import halts occur when the web server reaches its maximum execution time limit (usually 30–60 seconds on shared hosting) or runs low on PHP memory.
- Lower chunk processing size: In the plugin's Advanced Import Settings, decrease the "Records per Iteration" (chunk size) from 20 down to 5 or 10. This ensures each batch executes well under your server timeout.
- Increase PHP memory limit: Add define( "WP_MEMORY_LIMIT", "256M" ); to your wp-config.php.
- Background / Cron Import: For catalogs exceeding 10,000 items, use server cron jobs (CLI) to run imports in true background without browser HTTP limits.
Our core engineering team answers support tickets Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Our average initial response time is under 6 hours, and all tickets receive an answer within 24 business hours. Tickets with active product licenses receive priority queue placement.
Yes! When you open a priority support ticket, our file uploader accepts files up to 100MB (CSV, XML, JSON, ZIP, log files). Our developers will test your mapping configuration on our local staging site and pinpoint the exact node or field mapping needed.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your license at any time from your Account > Purchases dashboard. You only pay the prorated difference between the tiers, and your existing license key will automatically update.
