Exporting WooCommerce Orders & Customer Data with Custom Filters

Overview

Exporting orders for accounting, fulfillment warehouses, or CRM integration is fast and flexible. You can filter by order status, date ranges, minimum order total, specific coupon codes, or billing country.

Setting Up Export Filters

  1. Go to Woo Import Export → New Export.
  2. Select WooCommerce Orders.
  3. Expand the Filter Rules box:
    • Order Status = Processing, Completed
    • Order Date = Last 7 Days or custom date picker
    • Billing Country = US, CA, UK
  4. Choose output format: CSV, Excel (XLSX), or XML.

Automated SFTP / Email Delivery

You can configure the export to automatically upload the generated file to your fulfillment center via SFTP or deliver it as an email attachment to your warehouse staff every morning.
